Manager is very nice and the units are spacious and clean. I like that there is a door with hinges rather than the garage style roll up door. Im short and those always give me troubleud83dude06 Easy process to get a space and nice facility 10/10
Shante, the manager is a very very sweet lady however their policy in returning money for the storage that you don't need and never even open the door to is horrible..I paid an administration fee of $25 in addition to two months to rent a storage I understand keeping the $25 for administration fee for your trouble but not returning the money for the actual unit that I never even went back to use and I contacted them three days later and still was told no refund that is horrible because all that money you're taking from people and not giving back when they change their mind or situation occurs you should be having better storages then what's there thank you
The ideal place to go
A great place to do stuff in storage need to go down on the price just a little bit
I just had the rudest conversation with the general manager. I came to rent a unit after talking to a woman the day before. I show up to a closed office and called the number outside the building and wad informed that whomever worked there took a personal day. While I understand am employee's ml need to take a day off, I don't understand the business decision to not covert an employee's time off.nnThe general manager was so rude to me and hung up on me. I think it goes without saying that I went somewhere else for my storage needs.
