Ashley gave me high-quality customer service today! She was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I picked the right unit for my stuff. She even opened the package for my lock when I had trouble opening it myself. She gladly took me step-by-step with the process of regaining access to my account so I can make future payments.nnThe facility was very clean and the welcome bag was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Omg!!!! I love life storage for 2 main reasons; 1 because it’s so convenient for my mom that is 78 to have a space to put extra things so her house don’t be full of clutter and 2. Because of the respect, patience, and professionalism I receive everytime from letecha! When I say if letecha ever leave I will have to take my business where ever she go because the understanding, respect, and professionalism she embodies is so hard to find these days! If anyone goes to life storage ask for the most beautiful and professional letecha! Usually if I go somewhere ppl lose patience with my mom because she is 78 and she takes her time to make up her mind and I have to report them but Ms. Letecha took good care of my mom and treated her like a family member! I will always chose letecha and request her to help anyone I know because they say “good help is hard to find” well , life storage, you have hit gold with her!
