Went to check on my best friend and got to see this location. WOOW very neat place indeed &secure too.
So impressed, I had to write. Customer service done right! I recently inquired pricing info at Southern Self Storage after reaching out to a few other places in town and was truly appreciative of the the attention to service I received from Kelvin. I’m used to being rushed about when I ask questions, but he was patient and kind, giving me the time to weigh out all my options and answered all my questions.
I had an awesome experience at this location. I was coming in from out of town to put my son's things in storage. My flight did not come in until late Sunday night and leaving back out early Monday morning. The manager of this facility told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the location once I arrived. Sure enough at 10pm Sunday night I called him and he came to the unit, opened the office, filled out the paperwork, and I was able to put my son's things in the unit until he returns to Xavier in the spring. Job well done. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and willingness to help a person in need.
