Bennett's was assigned through a warranty company. The tech confirmed my problem and told me they were going to submit a request for a part. A day or two later my ticket was assigned to another company. I called Bennett's and they told me the warranty company asked for a second opinion. I called the warranty company and they told me Bennett's said they couldn't complete the work because there wasn't enough room for their techs. I called Bennett's back and they confirmed they requested for the ticket to be moved. What a waste of time...

Beware! This company is not trustworthy. They never came back and finished their work after being paid. When I called to complain, the “receptionist”, who wouldn’t give her name, was very rude and hung up on me. The issue was never resolved.

This company did a warranty repair on our home and placed a mobile home evaporator on our inside unit while charging for a full evaporator unit with other inaccurate repairs. They have performed several faulty appliance repairs requiring repeat visits to no avail.
