Rhonda was the perfect manager. She went thru my history to make sure we were on same page. Very efficient and cordial. Set us up on auto pay again very easily. She then worked diligently to get the lock off our unit . She worked really hard and dutifully to get a very tough lock off the unit I was very impressed with her commitment to this task. She tried several methods , she could quit but she didn’t till it was off. She has got be one of your best. Very professional in the admin side and a very good task laborer that served your client/me till it was done successfully. Again thank u. Rhonda Jones
Very nice women that work at this location , letting me know everything I needed to know about storing my items . Making sure I purchase the started kit because it everything I need in one without spending to much money . I would recommend this location

Called the store inquiring about there spaces and pricing , the ladies there was very helpful willing to meet all my needs . I willing to go to there location when store my items .
Customer service is top notch and always friendly and helpful. In particular, Ms Raven at the counter is always smiling and ready to help. I actually look forward to going there, when can you say that about a storage space? Pricing is competitive for the area, and really quite good.
