I am very grateful for the help I always receive from attorney Scott and his team. Since 7 years ago I have needed their services and as always the service exceeds my expectations. At any time I need them they are always available to help quickly and with a high level of professionalism, attorney Scott is great to work with. VERY PROFESSIONAL from beginning to end...Mr. James Spokes is the very best I never had to worry about anything. The team at Scott Law Firm is awesome too.. They ALWAYS answered my questions and phone calls...Mr.James Spokes told me he had everything covered and that I shouldn't have to worry about anything and he was RIGHT he help me with my 18 wheeler accident.nI AM VERY PLEASED!!!! First of all, when I first made my appointment, nobody was available to speak with me during the scheduled meeting time. The secretary was so unprofessional - I mentioned I needed a phone call appointment THREE TIMES, and the person still scheduled a physical appointment. Second, the person who got my case summary by phone ensured me that an immigration lawyer was the right one to work on my questions. However, it turns out the lawyer had no clue how to answer half of the questions, and he was constantly saying “hey, I can research this but the cost will be that”, “hey, I will look into this, but it will cost that”. It seems like collecting payments always comes first. Besides the poor quality service, my main issue is that I was deceived by whoever got my case summary. I should be speaking to a different type of attorney in terms of specialization (not an immigration one) and they knew that. But why not taking an easy $150 for one hour?

I could never put into words the respect I have for Mr. James Spokes for helping me with my situation. Him and his team were always responsive, helpful, and respectful every step of the way.
