This is a Black Own Restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer Service is great and the atmosphere here is always family.
My boyfriend and I went to visit my cousin and her husband in Addis from Baton Rouge. They ordered dinner for us from Brown’s. I was not prepared for that deliciousness! The fried fish and Jambalaya was to die for. I’m very critical of Jambalaya because I grew up partially in Opelousas so I’ve learned to make authentic Jambalaya from scratch. Saying that I was pleased would be an understatement. My boyfriend and I haven’t stopped talking about this place since we had it. We will definitely be taking a ride there this weekend. Food is great but the customer service is horrible
The chicken is seasoned really good but DO NOT order the jambalaya off the menu. I ordered a large order for $9 and only gotten the bigger section of a to go box, not filled to the top. Was totally disappointed in the portion size for the high price.
