My husband and I love the food as a rule from Taco Bell. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. Twice this week we ordered cinnamon twist and they were not in the bag. Tried calling since Friday and the phone is always busy. When you ask for a bag they act like you are asking for a pint of their blood. I am a very friendly person and these people act like they hate you! Don’t know if we will go back.
Service was good and the food was fresh. That's what you look for in a lunch spot.
Ordered three soft shell tacos, 2 orders of guacamole and a chalupa. Got home and looked in bag, food was just tossed in the bag with stuff everywhere. Also order was wrong! Received 3 hard shell tacos, one order of guacamole. The employee Ms. Shay did come out and apologize and refunded our order soo I will say the customer service was fair!
I ordered a number 3 which was suppose to be a 3 soft taco meal...But once I returned to work, in my was a burrito...And Not Was I Asked or Paid For!!!
Nice service and getting food is pretty fast.
