Shelley was wonderful to work with. She clearly explained everything realistically (not just telling me what I want to hear), communicated updates regularly, and ultimately brought our case to a speedy resolution. I definitely feel that she genuinely cares about me and my case. Would highly recommend her!

No stars. I would rather defend myself. He did not seem concerned about my case, furthermore, he tried telling me how much trouble I would be in versus having my best interest to help me resolve the problem. His pricing was extremely high and he didn't have any means of negotiating. I certainly wasn't pleased by his tone nor his approach. I wouldn't refer anyone to him. But I am african american, that I may add! Good luck, as he told me!
