Grace Estate

UPDATE:nI continued to call Grace Estate over the course of the next two weeks after this review. I finally got a call back from the owner. He told me it was never communicated to him that someone was reaching out about having a wedding there. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right in any way he can. The fact that he was so understanding about me being upset and admitting that it was wrong I had to wait 2 months to hear back from them, made me feel 10x better. I’m deciding to change my review to 4/5 stars because of the respect and understanding he showed me.n__________________________________________________nI’ve been here quite a few times with my family. The staff are friendly and the food is always amazing. They’re getting 2/5 stars because I have been reaching out to them for about a month now to go over costs for having my wedding ceremony there. The first time they said a man would call me in the next couple days. A week later I called and left a voicemail saying I never got a call and asking them to call me back. They never did. I tried calling the next week and they told me a girl named Lindsey would call me. She never did. My fiance called and they said Lindsey would call the next day. She never did so before they closed he called and said Lindsey never called and they said they would have her call him back ASAP! She never called. It’s been a week and a half since that. We decided to look elsewhere to have our wedding and the new place reached out to us within 24 hours. This is supposed to be the happiest day of our life and Grace Estate didn’t seem to care or have the time for us. We’ll never be back and we’ll never recommend them for these reasons. My entire family goes there and they also feel they did us wrong and wont be back. You lost a lot of business Grace Estate. I hope it was worth it. Great food though.

Pretty good food, but no atmosphere. Good prices for the amount of food you get. Friendly, attentive waiters.

Great rooms and very friendly staff. Nice old fashioned feel without leaving the comfort of the 21st century. Fresh breakfast prepared every morning to order. Loved it.

Food was so good. The greens reminded me of my grandmas. Price was right, service was good. I'm currently so full I can hardly move! Will gladly be back to give them my money again.

We had our office Christmas party there and it was amazing. Great atmosphere and great food. The young lady who served us did an amazing job. It was a very relaxing experience. We got some great pictures on the staircase and in front of the Christmas tree. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a relaxing environment.
