The last time I visited this place I had to wait nearly an hour before my order was done. It was family sized but just one order and nothing fancy. I sat on the side lines and watched as many others were coming and going. If my grandmother didn't have her heart set on chicken, I would've gotten a refund and went somewhere else. The chicken was ok, a couple of pieces looked really old and soggy. But everything else in the order was ok. Nothing special or worth waiting that amount of time for. I will say that this hasn't always been my experience there. And about two years ago I left my wallet there and returned a day later to find that they had saved it for me in their safe. Everything was in tact. I really appreciated their honesty and have been a loyal customer ever since. This was one bad day obviously

Just got a famous bowl and there was barely anything in it, very disappointed only reson did not go back was because my husband did not want to make a thing out of it because he was not going to be nice

We got a 12 PC dinner with three sides an 6 biscuits had coupon for 23.99 when we got home the sides were just enough for me an my husband to get two tablespoon ( literally 2 ) each they were in these small black bowls. Like what happen to the large container you use to get. We got mixed crispy an original. The chicken at the bottom of the box was soaking in grease dripping in it. Maybe they just had a bad night but this trip was not good
