Me and my mom had our shopping day. Dinner at Her favorite spot. Yummy..
The tenders are frequently 95% batter and 5% chicken. Very rarely do you get decent tenders. Complained multiple times with store and home office but it doesn’t seem to matter. They are NOT interested in happy customer, only profits. I’ve given them at least three dozen chances to improve because most other stores sell great tenders. Love Popeyes chicken but the Minden store is almost 20 miles from me and any other stores are over 30 miles. It’s a shame because they know what they are trying to sell when they even put batter on a piece of chicken no thicker than a dime to sell to their customers. I guess they don’t CARE!
Here we go again! I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru to be told that they no longer have onion rings on the menu. I go to Popeyes at least once a week and wait in their insanely long lines mainly for the onion rings! I guess I won’t be back until they bring back the onion rings!!! Oh, and to add insult to injury, they were out of slaw too. So I just drove away with nothing but my steaming temper... lol
You cannot go inside, even just to order, so the line is always long. Good for business. I can wait. But, when you get to the window to pay, they ask you to pull ahead. That wait is 20-30 minutes. I am not exaggerating. THEN, you get home and the order is wrong. Every single time! I only go when my mother in law is visiting from Texas.
I loved visiting the store in Minden tonight. I had a wonderful drive through attendant, fabulous chocolate beignets, and CAJUN RICE!
