For the last 3 months we have incurred late fee due to no return phone calls and noone in the office. They are supposed to take payments over phone with card on file but they don't return call and noone at the office. This month I've been calling since 5/1/20 to make payment. Nobody answers or returns calls. Very poor customer service.
