The girl that is in there every time I stop by is a sweetheart and very professional. 10/10 will be going back based on service alone. Food is always great also.
The worst service today. I received gumbo that was tasted like water with chicken, and rice . Very Nasty, such a waist of money.
I called around 5:45PM to ask if I could have my order be brought to me because I work at the Holiday Inn Express right next to them and I couldn’t leave work.The girl who answered the phone was nice and helpful(good customer service skills) but when she asked the question to whoever she asked the lady in the background was not nice and she was talking real ugly about the question(s) I asked. Lady in the background was rude about the question(s) I asked for no reason. She had no reason to be rude the way she us. I guess she thought I didn’t hear her but I heard her loud & clear. The person I talked to on the phone was nice and helpful but the person she asked the question to was rude for no reason. By the way whenever guest stay at our hotel they asked if there are any good food places to eat and I almost point them next door telling them how good you guy’s food is. A lot of our guest went over there today.
