Very kind people. I assist special needs and elderly, and they were very accommodating for myself helping a wheelchair user on oxygen. Answered all their (and my) questions with professionalism and patience. They got a customer for life from me for that.

They do the forms off the computer, which you can do yourself an save a lot of money. Took mine elsewhere an got $1700 back. Same amount of money made, same deductions, an paid half what they charge an still had the money direct deposited. You are giving your money to the government by going to Toups. Sorry but it's the truth!!
