Our location have a great group of people! They go above and beyond by working hard for the hardest working!! If you ask a question and we don’t the answer or we are unsure. We take the time to find out the answer by calling “THE POWERS THAT BE.” We provide excellent customer service, by going the extra mile in a friendly and professional manner. We take time to educate clients that don’t have a clue what they are doing when it comes to filing taxes. Our store is nice, neat, and such a friendly atmosphere!
Great experience!! Mr. Rodney greeted me as I walked through the door and was very hospitable. He filed my taxes and answered all my questions efficiently. I will return next year and refer friends!
I walked into one of the most friendly offices ever. The Office Manager was so helpful to the Tax Preparer's in training. She is well organize and patient. All of my questions was answered as well as theirs. I recommend this office to anyone looking for tax services.
