Milton Automotive and Diagnostics

I took a chance on Milton Automotive and Diagnostics based on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. I found this business to be honest and transparent - words that are not often used in this industry. During the repairs, Mr. Finn sent regular updates and photos of the problem areas. When a problem lingered after the repair, he promptly addressed the issue and stayed at the task until the problem was solved. He clearly explained all service needs, and answered my questions with clarity and patience.

I took a personal vehicle to MAD to have it detailed in preparation for selling. They managed to make a SUV with 145k miles look better than it did when it was first purchased with 50k. Afterwards I really had to question why we were selling it. Regardless, the detailing really made the car an easy and quick sell; well worth the effort.
