Love the new spacious location! Great job with social distancing and temperature checks. Saw extra cleaning being done while I was there. Kari, my stylist, is so friendly and attentive to my hair styling needs.
We have been coming ro Fantastic Sams for years. We also came back within the first week of them being reopened after quarantine last spring. I didn't pay much attention to the disinfecting standards then, but when I was in yesterday, it was nice to truly see the steps they take to keep themselves and their clients safe. Most importantly, everyone was PROPERLY wearing their masks. They took temperatures as clients walked in, immediately cleaned the seats and arms of the washing station chairs, cleaned the salon chair as we got done with our service, and you could see them disinfecting their cutting and styling tools. Kerri my stylist, fixed me up wonderfully as I came in feeling blah and not sure what to do with my hair. She got me fixed up so I can do all sorts of fun things with my hair and even sent me the pic for reference when I come back in next time. I also had a question later that evening and in response to the text I sent her, she called me on her off time to help ne out. It is truly amazing for her and this salon to go above and beyond. Will always recomend this place to anyone, even their older original location too.
Jacob did a fantastic job chopping off all of my old dead, dyed hair and helped me create a whole new style for all of my natural white hair. I love it!
