We went in to order 4 pizzas and we waited for a whole hour before we asked what was taking so long and the worker Jessica said the other two workers “Shelby“ and “ Cassidy“ hadn’t even put the pizza in the oven and was very rude about it. I asked for a refund and it took 10 minutes for her to even come give it to me. “Jessica” kept saying that the reason why our pizza was taking so long was because it was half half. I got my refund and left. I went to papa johns right after and order the same thing and it got done within 10 minutes. There was no reason to be waiting an hour. Very pour customer survive. They need to be fired.
Not one single employee had a mask. I don’t mean masks were all pulled down below noses, etc. literally no masks. Also, girl asked if we wanted sauce with our cheese bread which, at every other location I’ve ever been to is included, but we said yes, she charged us for it and then did not give it to us. When we asked she said “Oh, crazy bread doesn’t come with..., oh wait, I charged you for one, here you go.”
It's a great place to get pizza and other food stuff..
They're open NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!!! It's nice to have a place to rely on during these crazy times to reasonably feed my family. I couldn't be happier with this location; friendly customer service, full menu available, little or no wait time, and yes even the lobby is still open!!! Thank you for serving our community and my family as you always have!
