I placed a order online, sent my husband and kids to pick it up and he got home without 2 orders of cheese bread that I had ordered, when my daughter specifically ask, is this everything? And was told yes! It definitely was not everything!! I called the store and they instantly knew who I was before I said my name because the girl said oh yes we did realize we left it out of your order, my thought was if you noticed it why didn’t you call me before I drove 30 minutes home and tell me so I could have came back to get the rest of my order, they also sent the 2 pizza sauces I ordered so why would I need pizza sauce and no bread? The girl told me they couldn’t call from the phone at store, and the shift leader said he couldn’t refund my money because it was an online order! He was very nice though. Train your employees better and give your customers what they order!!

Fast and friendly service. I ordered a supreme pizza and it only took 10 minutes. It was fresh and delicious!

50% of the time the pizza is warm/hot and the other 40% it tastes like an expired pizza they had to get rid of.nnSo its a toss up on how fresh your food will be.

Called in an order tonight at 9:30. Wouldn’t make anything other then pepperoni or cheese pizza. If we had called 5 minutes until close I would understand. But 30 minutes? Come on!
