they are very unprofessional and RUDE. i would not even put my money into this “establishment.” they ask for the money before doing your hair and when it is time to do your hair they are very aggressive and inconsiderate. constantly pulling & tugging is not necessary. and another thing, you DO NOT have to braids as tight as you possibly can. nobody asked for that. lighten up! and stop doing all that talking and finish what i’m paying you to do. no way it should take this long to finish box braids if we started as soon as they opened. matter of fact, we were here before the owner. i will not be returning! and if i had the option to give no stars that would definitely be the case!

I got my hair braided on yesterday. She was able to get me as soon as I arrived. I felt welcomed ,very sweet spirit and she did an awesome, timely job on my hair. I will be returning.

Highly DO NOT recommend. I Showed them a picture of what I wanted and received something completely different. I even told them the length, and they couldn’t get that part right either. Oh, speaking of parts!!!! ..... my middle part was more of a side/middle part. First and last time going there for sure.

I was asked to pay prior to completion only to find the final section was done poorly and there was an inconsistency in length from one side of my head to another. When I brought attention to it I was not given the length I asked for, they were cut instead. Though the longer length was paid for. The style was done poorly and needed to be fixed, immediately. The front was intentionally done better than the back as to prevent you from noticing what was done poorly. No mirror was given to check the quality and neatness of the style.

Very unprofessional I asked for jumbo box braids and i got little small ones i put in a appointment at 3:00 and I didt get my hair done till 4 cause the owner decided to go on her lunch break so she asked one of the other laides with a kid to do my hair she was breast feeding her child in my ear and combing with one hand pulling my hair kids running around with toys i was in the shop and the baby almost hit another lady with the toy and it is very nasty in there and they are very loud and they eat to much
