I had a prescription set for a certain day and time and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready two and a half hours after set time. Now it’s not something that is gonna kill me but I feel bad for anyone that has an essential medication that isn’t done on time!
Rude front end staff, no one wants to help you. I would rather drive to Walgreens in Mashpee than go down the street to this CVS.
Takes three times as long as it should to fill a prescription as there is not enough staff. Hire more pharmacists (and help because there is always a really long line too). It is the only pharmacy this side of town so it will always be busy but with more staff, the issues could be resolved. The pharmacists are nice and did a great job with flu shots this year!! Thank you to the gentleman who squeezed us in even though he was very busy.
Unfortunately, always a bad experience. The store itself is dark and seems not as updated as other CVS stores (in the area). Also I have had several negative experiences with a few of the cashiers who are disgruntle and seem extremely unhappy (at times they've even being rude to me). I try my best not to go this location.
