The pizza is very good amongst all the other things to have. customer service good but all employees in any food service should wear hair nets and gloves other than that I love Marcos

I used to love Marcos so much, you can imagine my excitement when they brought it to Thomasville. They let me down so much including tonight. They got my orders wrong three times in a row and tonight when I wanted to give them another chance they are closed for delivery. Even though they say they are open until 11. Marcos used to be awesome, now they can't even deliver or get orders right. In covid times, delivery should be a thing for pizza places. Maybe it will get better but I doubt it.

My husband went to pick up our order and when he did the cashier dropped his pizza bowl and the cinnamon squares. We did get the two small pizzas, but my husband came home with nothing to eat. The sad thing is , this was the first time we ever tried Marco's Pizza. The cashier did offer to make it again, but he would have to wait awhile longer and the other two pizzas would be cold.

Their pizza is really just 'ok' as far as your typical takeout/delivery goes.There are much better pizza places in Thomasville (Moonspin), but the quality is about what we expected for this kind of restaurant. Marco's was fast and easy with the online order process and delivery.nnI'd suggest trying one of their pizza bowls if you're interested in a lower carb option. Got the deluxe version with some modifications and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was!

By far the best chain pizza company that i've had. The sauce doesn't give me heartburn like pizza hut and dominos. Would recommend to anyone.
