Smoothie King

I had hoped with new ownership/management this location would have better service. I absolutely love a smoothie first thing in the morning for breakfast. The last TWO times I have went in the past week the employees were shut off in the office with lights off. I always place my orders online so it is ready to go by the time I get there to get to work on time. Each time my order was not ready but they obviously new that I had an online order. There is NO reason why I should have to wait because employees are sitting on their a**. Customer Service absolutely SUCKS. PLEASE find new employees!

I wanted to surprise my daughter with a gift card. Was told to come back tomorrow because the manager had to put some cards out. Ridiculous. Came back the next day still now cards. Was told new cards are coming in but don't know when. They lost $20. Businesses don't do this.nnUpdate. Was given an email address to sort this out. I sent a message on 03/05. I have yet to get a response 20 days out.nnLate update. Thank you for making amends. My daughter is very happy! I think she will be a long time customer.

Since smoothie king started to be under new management everything is amazing. They have new employees and better customer service. I highly recommend that y’all try it!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was visiting Thomasvillle and decided to stop at Smoothie King before heading back home. I ordered on the app and they had the option for curbside pickup listed. I had my 4 year old and 6 month old in the car. Since there is a pandemic I always choose curbside when I have my small kids with me.I paid on the app prior to me getting there. Once I arrived I tried calling to let the cashier know I was there. The phone was off the hook. I tried calling at least 15 times in hopes that she had placed the phone on the hook. After being unsuccessful I saw 2 ladies about to walk into the store. I asked them if they would tell the associate that the phone is off the hook and someone outside is trying to reach her. I saw them through the glass tell her and she returned to them a question and they shrugged their shoulders. After maybe 5 minutes, she still did not put the phone in the hook. I waited until there was only one customer in the store , parked right in front of the door then went to the door. I stayed in the doorway because my kids were in the car. I said excuse me to the cashier who was standing at the register. I told her I was picking up a curbside order. She said we don't do curbside but your smoothie is on the counter. I told her my kids were in the car and asked if she could just bring it to the doorway. She said I would have to wait and said that it is right there on the counter again. I told her again my kids are in the car and I am not letting the door close behind me. There was no one at the cash register where she was standing and only one other customer inside whom I saw she had already fixed their smoothie but it was in the blender . I waited and looked at her doing nothing when it would have taken less than 30 sec for her to bring my drink.I could tell she did not want to bri g my drink over. She was very passive aggressive. It wasn't until I told her how horrible her customer service was and that I wanted a refund that she walked my smoothie over to the door. It was not my fault that they still had curbside as an option on their website. I called corporate because I was so disappointed in the service I received. They said they would contact the owner/manager whom I have yet to hear from which is why I am posting this review almost 5 weeks later. This smoothie king has lost a customer.

Absolutely love this location that was recently under new management great comeback!! Will definitely be back!!
