After a pleasant experience in arranging to have my car stereo installed, polite service and fast work I was looking forward to picking up my car.nnWhen I picked up my car upon first start up the stereo didn’t power on. I went back inside and a tech came out. Unwilling to work on it in front of me he pulled the car around back to “fix” it. He came back to the front and with the car still running and the stereo functioning I was satisfied.nnI drove next door to Walmart, shopped for a while came back out and started my car, guess what?? The stereo didn’t work.nnSo I took it back again.nnAt this point I was told that it was a cheap stereo and that must be the problem.nnThere was nothing they could do about it.nnI went home, pulled the fuse panel, found the fuse labeled radio and replaced it.nnVoila it works!!nnOn top of all that the lanky older fellow and his diminutive tech became angry that a customer would do such a thing as to inquire why they’re stereo isn’t working after a stereo install.nnIf I could give them less stars I would.

Horrible that guy's attitude was absolutely awfuland he talked to me like I was below him because I didn't know everything that he knew and actually I think he text the other guy in the garage to come in and get him just so I would quit asking questions and the joke's on him because I had a pocket full of money
