Everyone working tonight was very pleasant and helpful but they were out of almost everything. I went inside to order and could see they received the shipment which was just sitting inside and they were just too understaffed to unload it. It’s unfortunate because that means they could have made the order everyone came in for if the help was available.

THE BEST STARBUCKS WE'VE EVER HAD! And we have had our fair share. We were out of town and had a Starbucks craving so we looked it up on Google maps. We were kind of concerned when the order taker sounded like she was hating life. We were use to the overly bubbly personalities at our local shop. But hey, everyone has a bad day. So we didn't hold it against her. We pay for our order and begin power up mode only to stop suddenly and look at each other. What was this magic we were consuming?? We ordered our usual, but it tasted BETTER, FANTASTIC even. There were so many Java chips and caramel ribbon crunches in our Frappuccinos. The triple caramel macchiato was dark and smooth.

The staff is nice but it took me 3 times of going back in for my drink to be right, possibly just super busy and getting things confused..which is why I still have 4 stars. They still were polite and made it right.

Always fast and efficient staff very friendly I hate they closed the doors to the walk ins I live in ala and work in hogansville both places no Starbucks i hope everything is ok
