The customer service was mediocre at best. They over packed one bag with 3 meals and fries were everywhere. They didn't add my condiments and closed the window IMMEDIATELY after giving me anything. McDonald's overall (meaning all chains) needs to retrain their employees on what good customer service is. This is COMMON for them. So much so that the whole company is a JOKE on social media.

If I could give No stars I would. This place is the absolute worst McDonald’s ever. They close at 12:00 yet you can’t even order a drink around 11:00 because they will NOT take your order. It’s a shame that they are one of the closest McDonald’s to the new great wolf lodge built and people visiting can’t even get any service. And it is like this most of the time. The ONLY time this place is good to order from is between 4:30 A.M to around 11:00. After that you can forget it. And as far as getting an ice cream, milkshake, or frappe you have better luck at winning the lottery. I hope the truckers that use the truck stop here come early enough to go to Wendy’s or Arby’s because if not you’re out of luck with this place.

Food was fine but it seems each time I go to this particular restaurant the staff gets ruder each and every time. Do they not realize who actually pays their salary? No customers due to horrid customer service...equals no paycheck. Please teach your employees basic customer service!!

Ordered 1 hour before closing through door dash and manager told dasher that they were short staffed and they are about to close so they couldn't take anymore orders. Dasher called me while arguing with manager. Very ghetto and unprofessional. I am a guest staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED!!nnStore was not closed and my order could have been made!! They had an entire hour!! And on a Friday night!!!! Ridiculous. Whoever is on duty should be fired!!nFriday 3/12/2020
