The staff attendants in the pick up window need a refresher course in customer service. Pleasantries such as Thank You, Good Morning and Have a Good Day are essential when engaging customers. These employees represents your brand and should service the customers with a smile and be engaged.nnI expect better from your staff and will be back soon to measure the improvements.
