A perfect experience! I was recommended to see Hanna and she was awesome. Asked me lots of questions about prior cuts, color, my expectations etc and she did a great job! I highly recommend them! I also had Jessica wax my upper lip and eyebrows and she was also great. All the girls in the shop were friendly and attentive to their customers and even made conversation with the rest, the shop was clean, bathroom was clean, refreshments were offered and the prices were extremely fair. Over all it was a great experience and I made my next appt before I left. So if you're thinking about giving them a try...do it!

New to the Thomasville GA area. Looked for reviews and this salon came up. Fabulous find! Very clean inside well stocked with great products. Every one of the staff was friendly and greeted me with a wave or smile as we are still having to wear a Covid masks. Very impressed with the stylist and coloring. Enjoyed her conversation. Her name is Eden Nicole and I highly recommend you contact her at 229–560- 0954 for an appointment. You will not be disappointed. I am Actually looking forward to my next appointment which is very rare regarding a hair salon. Thank you Eden for a relaxing afternoon. My hubby says the color is outstanding and beautiful. I haven't had a hair dresser in Thomasville for 15 years. Element Style Bar stylists are doing my sister and MOH's hair for her wedding, so she referred me to them for a regular haircut.nnHanna was my stylist. She did an excellent job with my cut and style. Five stars, would recommend, and will return!

I waited a while to leave this review because I wanted to be as rational as possible, but my opinion of the service (and the texture and appearance of my hair) has not improved at all in the past two weeks.nnPlease be honest with your customers if you are not going to be able to give them the service they want. I was told it would cost “nearly $200” to get my hair color corrected to a light-blonde (and got a lot of attitude for wanting to dye it a bright color by myself afterwards), but I think after about an hour my stylist realized she wouldn't be able to get it light at all. Instead of just telling me that it wouldn't work out (in that case, I would have been okay with coming back and paying more to have it done properly), she spent 5 additional hours completely destroying my hair and turning it several different shades of orange. Then she charged me $300 and sent me home with a patchy, awful mess.nnIt was supposed to be my one birthday treat for myself but even now I can't even look at myself in the mirror. Also, the texture has noticeably changed. I’ve never had issues with lightening my hair before but now is constantly dry and knotted, and when I wash it, it feels sticky and almost as if it will break apart in my hands.nnUpdate: I would just like to add that the texture of my hair is worse than it has ever been in my life. I know I already mentioned how knotted it is recently, but now I have to have someone else help me brush it because of how unmanageable it is. Before this, I could go days without brushing because of how naturally straight it is.
