My family and I really enjoyed this water park. It's pretty far out passed Atlanta and close to Alabama. It is very clean, spacious, and many things to do for about 2-3 days. The restaurants are okay, they rush cooking the food so it's not as good. The buffet breakfast is amazing. It's $15 per person but you get as much as you want and can take a fair amount of drinks out for later if you ask. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fun for younger kids. They enjoyed the activities offered but were done in about a day and a half. My advice is don't stay over 2 days. Beds were hard, uncomfortable, and the bedding was rough, nothing like most hotels. I did not like the fact that they don't have automatic opening doors when you first enter the building. However they do have fast elevators and good luggage carts. I would expect five star amenities at this price point, but I would give it maybe three stars. As stated before the children had fun, but I don't think we'll be back.

We had a wonderful 4 days here. I was very impressed with all their covid precautions and requirements of staff and guests to maintain a safe environment. My only concern is that there's a community microwave and none in the rooms. Staff was great. Lifeguards are plentiful and extremely vigilant. I loved that they are also environmentally conscious, with recyclable and biodegradable products. Everything is catered to the kids. But they make sure the adults are taken care of and entertained, too.

We enjoyed our time at Great Wolf Lodge in March 26 to March 27 2021. Check in was easy, place is clean, not over crowded, the life guards are extremely watchful and helpful and the place is very fun.nnThe only thing they need to make better is how you pick up food you order. When you ask staff where to get the food, no one knows, and you pretty much go on a goose hunt. We spent 51 dollars on breakfast pick up and when he finally found where the food was, they wanted my husband to wait in a 30 min line to get the food when it was already paid for and right on the counter. He did not wait as it would get cold. Another woman in line had the same experience and explained why would she wait in line when the food was paid for and right there. Luckily he was bold enough to get our food or it would have been very cold.nFor the price..nAs it doubled after Covid, food should be easy to get and staff Should have an idea of how to help their guests get to it.

I would highly recommend this place for 7-12 year olds. My 9 year old had a blast but my teens were over the activities by day 3. The service was great! Definitely download the app. They respond very quickly to any questions you text. The eats are good. However, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet. Again, my 9 YO loved all the activities and the Wolf Pass was worth it! Of course, the water park was fun for all!
