We had a tree fall around 5pm on the cable, power & phone lines ripping them off the side of the house. The city had to come disconnect the power & told us to call an electrician. Before we called Big Oak we called another electrician and no one answered. Then my grandmother remembered that years ago Big Oak help after a tree had fallen about 3-5yrs prior so we called Big Oak. Immediately we were responded to. I believe his name was Ernest, came out within an hour, and looked it over. He went and got the part & fixed the issue where the pipe was ripped off of the house to the meter box. He then moved almost all of the debris from the fallen tree by himself in the dark without ever being asked and called the city to come shut back on the power that night! We had power by 10 pm. Absolutely wonderful service! If we ever have an electrical issue again, we are calling Big Oak. Thank you!
I hired Tony (Big Oak) to do some electrical work for us at a home we were remodeling. I cant say enough about how great it was working with him. We were on a timeline and he jumped right in to get the work done. His communication was top notch. He showed up when he said he would. He got all the work done in a timely, professional manner and did it for a reasonable price.nnI would highly recommend Tony and his company. I will be using him for other projects!!
I called Big Oak for my electrical problem and they came within an hour. They immediately went to work and solved the problem. In the meantime my water heater started spewing water, without being asked, they turned off the water and the water heater and saved my house from a flood. I can't thank them enough. A great company and fantastic people.
