I've never had a bad experience with Spence until this time. I booked an appointment online to have recommended service performed by putting my license plate number in: oil change and tire rotation where recommended. Web site also indicated that i had a passenger side airbag recall, and it was finally available to be serviced so I included this in the service request. Lastly I requested that the Tire pressure monitoring system warning keeps appearing after driving enough to warm up the tires. I told them I suspected the right rear wheel sensor might be the culprit. The oil was changed and tires rotated, and service advisor told me that the tech went thru the procedure to reset the sensors. On the way home the warning light again started flashing. I called and spoke to the advisor and she said I would need to bring the truck back and have a different tech figure out which sensor might be bad. It is about a 60 mile round trip to this dealer for me, so I'm a little annoyed that they did not do as I asked and fixed the tire pressure monitoring system while the truck was there. I'm also annoyed that even though the web site said I could get the passenger side airbag replaced, they could not do it as they were only changing out new vehicles.

We were in town and needed a new battery. Service was excellent. Staff was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

I called and got in the same day for an oil change, engine filter change, cabin filter change, and fog light bulb replacement. I previously bought the cabin filter and it was not a problem for them to install it for me. The staff was friendly and was able to give me a round about estimate before they began as I requested. I’ve bought two vehicles with them and I am very satisfied will sales and service.
