The service department at this dealership always does an excellent job. They treat you like you're a friend and provide warm comfortable environment while your car is being serviced. If you on a Cadillac they will always plan to have a loaner for you if you schedule your appointment in advance. My service advisor is Christine and she's the best.

The customers service could be better, greeting the customers when they walk in makes them feel welcome! It's not all the guys only a few that needs to learner how to acknowledge paying customer.
