Staff is extremely friendly and it they learn your name only after a few visits...love going here...and love how everyone at the store makes you feel like family...the store hours have seemed to fluctuate a bit, but Starbucks as a company has gone above and beyond in regards to being safe during the pandemic...and in comparison to the stores located in nearby Tallahassee FL. the store has been much more consistent with their hours as well as remaining open. A great place with great products and even greater service....and to top it all off the store manager is always there...and available for customers which is not often the case in most food service places.
Great Crew! Management needs some work. Everytime I walk in it's like a dramatic high school soap opera I didn't want to watch at least when certain managers are on the floor. Poor crew gets yelled at constantly when they do an absolutely wonderful job, by their own manager! Undeserved
The service was great and the drink was amazing. It didn't take long to get the drink either. It was done in a matter of minutes. I really recommend coming here
Fast and kind service for new location! I am impressed.
Excellent crew! Can’t say the same about manager, been rude to me on several occasions and made my drink wrong and would not own up to it, instead wanted to argue..
