My clerk was incredibly rude. When I asked a question, she did not even answer. She wrote something on a piece of paper and expected me to figure out what it was -- instead of just using words! She, and others working there, had their masks below their noses. Why even bother wearing a mask! Typical government functionaries with no incentive to give good customer service.
