The experience at Mayfield Motors was not bad, but there are a few things that keep me from giving them a 5 star review. Kevin was great to work with and I feel he was honest with us through the process. My concerns are that as a customer I shouldn’t have to beg for paperwork in order to get the dealership paid. Secondly, after spending $26K for a truck I would hope that the truck would be clean, but I had to come home and clean out the dog hair and more from where the salesperson was driving the truck with his dog in it. Lastly, this is not completely on Mayfield, but would suggest a different vendor. The windshield was leaking and we found out from Kevin it had been recently replaced. They did get us in touch with Mel’s Auto Glass to get it corrected. Mel was very rude and made it seem like it was our fault that he didn’t install it correctly. There is black caulk showing all in the truck from where he “repaired” his mistake. I will ultimately have to have this redone by a professional. I would do business with them again, but would be more mindful of things and express my expectations more thoroughly.

This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Dealing with someone honest and trustworthy sure makes it easy. Kevin is a professional and a gentlemen. I’d drive from three states away to do business with him again. I got a great truck at a great price. This man knows how to treat his customers. What a blessing it is to know that there are still people like this in the used car business.

Kevin was amazing. He helped and answered all my questions. Grate Christian business man. Like new vehicles with low miles and low prices. Love my truck thank you. Will definitely recommend Mayfield Motors to friends and family.

Kevin is the best! He gives Excellent customer service. He takes the stress out of thecar buying process. The cars were in good shape with great prices!
