We always love driving passed Motor Max on the way down the highway because there vehicles are so nice. So when my family and I wanted a good used vehicle I did some online research and took a trip down.nAustin was very friendly and not pushy at all. He was highly knowledgeable and made our car buying experience smooth and pleasant. We wanted a Chevy Suburban that was not quite ready yet and Austin and the others got it ready and worked on my financing.nCollins worked hard and communicated quickly and honestly about our financing and made it happen.nWe came back the next day and they had everything ready!! I loved the care and attention we received and we will be repeat customers.nI love my SUV!

Cody was the sales rep that helped me. I was pleased with his willingness to help me out. I went in to but a vehicle, knowing I wasn’t going to a new car dealer to buy brand new my expectations were not set so high, Cody answered all my questions and let me test drive any vehicle I wanted. Once I was satisfied he put the paperwork into motion. It was a simply deal and I am happy with the service I received. Thank you again Cody.

Great place! Awesome people and quality vehicles. Everyone was so nice, easy going and very patient. They made us feel welcomed from the start and helped us find a solution to get the vehicle we wanted. Would definitely go back again.

Everything went great at the dealership until A few days later. The car started driving terrible and many lights came on check engine lights. I found out I need a new transmission. At first things did not go the way I felt they needed to go. Finally I spoke with the parts manager Jennifer. She is excellent. She explained to me everything that was happening with my car and also worked with the warranty company. She was honest and did the right thing. She would follow up with me every day on my phone calls. She called me said she talk to the GM and they wanted to do the right thing. Jennifer worked hard to get this problem taken care of, she listen to me and was very honest., The dealership was very responsible for taking care of my car I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Jennifer has great customer service skills and she truly wants to help to help the customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I have got a great car that is running excellent. Thank you Automax for being honest with me.

I needed a quality, budget-friendly car for each of my girls as they are getting ready to “fly the coop.” So, within two weeks, I was able to purchase two nice, economy cars for under $6000 each. Zero pressure. We were able to walk around and look without pressure and was able to find our knowledgeable salesman, Scott, when we were ready. This is a busy place for a good reason.
