I had an excellent experience at Cronic Nissan. As a first time car buyer the nerves get to you, but the staff were very professional and explained everything before signing anything. Never pressured into buying anything. Richard Gomez was my sales rep and he was fabulous. Very friendly and made you feel okay with purchasing the car. Very polite and professional. In tuned with his customers and wanted to make sure first time car buying was smooth and he did just just that. I would recommend this dealership ten times and even more recommended to ask for Richard as your salesmen! Thank you so much !

I just have to say I am incredibly impressed with Cronic Nissan in Griffin, Ga. If I could give 20 stars, I would! Richard Gomez was totally awesome. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was professional and personable. He gave us all the attention and courtesy that we could have asked for. I highly recommend anyone to go there for any car, but especially a Nissan. We got a 2020 Nissan kicks. After a terrible 4 hour torture at another dealer, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk in and be treated like we were with Richard. We not only got the deal we wanted, but a better car with a premium package that we did not expect! It was easy, not stressed at all. Please do yourself a favor and go there. You won’t regret it. I was very impressed with Cronic Nissan. The whole staff wad awesome. Richard Gomez really worked with us, he was very friendly and professional. I had a challenging situation and he worked his magic and got me out of it and made a fantastic deal. I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a car to go see Richard he’s the BEST!!!!!!

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to allow me to be satisfied with the purchase of my new Nissan Rogue Sport. Many THANKS to Jason (JD), James, and Randy.
