This was our first service call with Allan Dearth Sons for our generator. They took the time to explain and show the intricate details of our switch and operated the throw over so we would know what was covered. I was so impressed that we quickly established an annual contract. Their office personnel were just as helpful and patient with our questions. They were there when they said they would be and it was miserable weather, cold and snowing. I am a very satisfied customer.

This company came highly recommended by our neighbors for installation of a Generac whole house backup generator. From the initial meeting with Mr. Dearth, to the coordination with the gas company, delivery of the generator, coordinating the electrical work necessary, to getting the inspection completed and finally the startup, all was done with professionalism, communication with the customer, and in a timely manner. This was no small feat but the operation went off as planned. We highly recommend them. They certainly lived up to their stellar reputation.

Tim Dearth and the staff at Allan Dearth and Sons Generator Sales and Service are a great company to deal with. We purchased a cabin in the NC mountains. Quality vendors are overloaded with work here and difficult to get. Tim Dearth was out in a few days, checked out and maintained system, taught me what to do to monitor, answered all my questions. Great service and reasonable price. Plan to use them over the years ahead.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They honored a repair to a generator they installed well after I would have expected. That's almost unheard of now days. Thomas worked on my repair and was extremely knowledgeable on the equipment. I highly recommend this company and I will call them again. Thank you.
