Placed an order for a hot and ready item. The menu showed this item to be available hot and ready between 4-8. After receiving my money I was told ot would be ten minutes before it'd be ready. The electronic menu over the server said otherwise. I would not have ordered the item otherwise. My goal for stopping in was to leave immediately with a hot and ready item. No compensation given was given. Unsatisfactory.
Called repeatedly to place an order on the way home from work. Rang and rang, no answer. Finally walked in to order and there is the phone, OFF THE HOOK., LAYING ON THE COUNTER! Just walked out. Called on many other occasions (weekly, leaving work) and it just rings with no answer, finally disconnects. I go out of my way to drive to another store-miles away, but much better service, AND THEY ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Quick and easy ordering. The temp and quality of food was good.
Ran out of deepdish pizza at 7pm on a Friday. Pretty poor planning on someones part. Had to refund my online order. Looks like its Marcos from now on.
