Worst customer service experience ever! Ordered online ...got there to pick up my order, a guy approached the vehicle twice about my order only to tell me about 45 minutes later that it was overlooked and the order was never made! I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Worst experience twice in a week. I won't be back! Saturday ordered online but pizzas never came. Called to see what the problem was and an employee voided my entire order due to them not having green peppers. Got a credit...few days later called to place an order and kept getting hung up on. Girl on the phone just states to hold and then hangs up. I called three times....When I finally get someone new they say oh she's new. Well, train her to not hang up on people....I order.... Then when I called to check on the status of my pizza to see if it's ready she states she doesn't see my order. Been waiting on the phone to speak to a manger as I write this. I'm so over this Marco's location.

Marco’s Pizza on University Blvd. in Columbus is my favorite place to get my pizza fix. Pizza is my favorite food and nobody can beat Marco’s for friendly service from the person taking my order to the driver bringing it to me. My food is always piping hot and so very delicious. Marco’s Pizza , You Rule !

This is the last time I will go to this location. I have had trouble twice before and decided to give it another chance after some time passed, however I'm done! First of all, I placed my order on the curbside app at 6:49pm on a Thursday. I was scheduled to pickup at 7:18. When I got there I had to wait and additional 20 minutes for them to bring my order and when it came it was wrong. One of my pizza's was burned and missing toppings, and my salad was missing altogether. After I brought it to their attention, I was told 15 min to correct the order. I WAITED, and my salad was still wrong. I'm not sure who the manager or owner of this location is but you might want to call in some real trainers to help them get it together. Other people were missing food items and had to return. I ended up getting all my food at 8:13 pm. People who got their food delivered was served first and that's terrible! Just terrible!
