This is our closest Pizza Hut, so we usually pickup since it’s so close. They always do a great job. Pizza is hot and fresh every time!

I am visiting family in Columbus Ga. I am a faithful Hut customer. My pizza fail short of your high standards. The hand tossed crust was dry, the extra sauce that I request was placed in a container instead of the pizza.

This was a terrible experience. We placed a $90 order with this Pizza Hut and will NEVER Make that mistake again. I put the order at 4:46, got an email stating it would be ready at 6:05. Sent my teenagers to pick it up. They are still waiting on the order at 6:30. We call and explain what is going on they tell us it's been ready since 6:23, but my 21 yr old, VERY RESPONSIBLE son went in to pick it up and they tell him it's not ready. My kids are waiting outside at 7:30 they finally get the order. We have life 360 so we are also monitoring their wereabouts. They come straight home with the order. They arrive at 7:44 and we are missing 7 items from our order!!! How does this happen and people in fast food want $15/hr when they can not go down a checklist to make sure all the items a customer orders is in the bag??? Especially such a large order for almost $100???? Called to speak with a manger and Becky told us the manager was to busy! Wow, too busy for your customers. Not Good!!!

Not a good experience. We've been patronizing this restaurant for years, and although we've had a few hiccups along the way, we kept coming back.nAfter tonight, however, we will not be coming back, as we would rather change to a different location or chain, than put up with the same treatment again.nThe older woman taking the orders was very hard to understand, and she did not follow the instructions which resulted in the order being wrong. When I called to talk to the manager, I was left on hold for at least ten minutes, and finally had to hang up.nThe only bright spot was the polite driver, (delivered right on time!), who went out of his way to call the restaurant regarding the receipt, which had been fed into the printer improperly, leaving it completely illegible.nThis experience was the last straw for our patience.nPoor attitudes, the wrong crust, and too much time in the oven leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
