For the love of all that’s holy. Under no circumstance should you order from this place. This place will have you waiting nearly 3 hours for a pizza. I’d rather eat pizza from a sketchy drug addict in an alleyway than try to get food from this place again.

Had my delivery canceled the last two times I ordered. The first time I was willing to wait the two hours delivery time, but they chose to wait an hour and a half at approx 9 o'clock to call me back and tell me they were canceling my order. I asked if I could come pick it up and they said sorry carry out ends at 9. Now I try to order and again at lunch time it's 2-3 hour delivery time. No way I'm changing it again so I have to cancel order. This is terrible. Especially when little Caesar's is next door, cheaper, and just about as good if not better at times. They also don't seem to have an attitude or staffing issues.

2 1/2 hours after placement of order was still in “prep”. Called 2x and was told 15mins for arrival, then told them on the 2nd call that after 20 minutes if it had not arrived we would need to cancel because that would be over 3 hours waiting at that point. We were then told they wouldn’t be able to promise that it would even be delivered by then and suggested we might need to cancel our order. I don’t get upset easy but it was an order for kids birthday and they were all excited and waiting patiently. We haven’t ordered from domino’s in a while despite loving them because it always seems like something.

When My Daughter and I Want Domino’s We Go Here On Milgen. They Are Usually Pretty Fast but On 1/23/21 They Were Very Busy. We Ordered On Line and When We Got To The Store We Waited and Waited. The Young Lady Said They Were Under Staff. When We Finally Got Our Order It Was Close To an Hour. That Was Ordering On Line. We Did Get To Receive Our Order Hot. The Line For Carry Out Was Out The Door and People Were Not Happy.

I have some Good Customer Service from this location! Everyone is nice and polite and gets the job done. The one time I had an error it was fix quickly. Great Team!!
