Mrs. Scott, has been braiding my hair for the past six months, now I’m locking my hair and she started my locks, she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to. She is very professional, very friendly, very accommodating. Whenever I’m in her salon I feel at home, it’s a welcoming atmosphere and she takes very good care of her clients. Trust me when I tell you, great prices, fabulous hairstyles and great customer service. She’s worth every penny she charges.

To be frank, I don't believe she is ready to hold a business. I completely understand if you are ill and unable to work. Self-care is more important. However, you made a commitment to your customers. If you are unable to honor your commitment then you should inform so. I had to drive from Acworth, Ga to Dallas, Ga (approximately 30-45 min each way) just for her to tell she cannot do it. Today was the only convenient day I had to do my hair so now I am left to find another hairstylist last minute. A simple text would have been sufficient. I am not saying everyone is going to experience but I'm just giving a candid review of my experience.nnUpdate: Her comment below reconfirms everything I said and feel. My cousin drove me to her home location. I have text messages of our conversation. It was a her husband who told me she is not available and ill, which is fine & okay. All I wanted is communication, simple. I am glad her business is flourishing but no one is above criticism. Things happen and it is what it is. AND AGAIN, this is my experience. It may not be yours but I am going to mine.
