I went in to get highlights. The hairstylist put me under the dryer and began cutting someone else's hair. She forgot about me and my hair fried. A lot of it broke. I'd also like to mention I made an appointment, but I still had to wait for twenty minutes. This, by the way, was the 2nd Cuts by Us I'd went to. The stylists at the other one got upset about how much a customer was charged and complained about it on the floor. This led to other stylists complaining about management. It was like I was invisible. I did find out a lot about internal drama. So much so that I never went back. That should have been my sign to never, ever go to a Cuts by Us. So now I have fried hair, and I look as stupid as I feel.

There is an employe that always avoid me since day one. Monday she was the only one available and i feel she was so uncomfortable with me. She blow dry my hair so fast and then told me that she was finished. She made a bad job on my hair so i told her i want flat iron to seal the work. She replied to me it's $10.00 xtra!! I told her i don't mind to pay. Then she told me she already do blow dry so she is not going to pull the hair in section for the flat iron. She was so rude. The staff are very frienly but this one need help.

Horrible got my hair done by Mrs. Sandy I explained what I wanted done and the process in my hair she was super confident that it could be done and it was ombré I ended up loosing all my hair she totally fried it I knew $80 ombré was to good to be true coming from Cali I do not recommend this place I wanted my refund I went back to get it fixed and all they did was chopped it off and still charged me more i am super upset just wanted my money back for the damaged they caused o was only trying to look good for my birthday and the outcome that I got was a fried head super unprofessional they mentioned that I can get a conditioner from th for my damage do Not go therennBelow is what I asked for the middle was my hair (which I explained every detail that was in it) the the short is what I ended up with I paid bc I didn’t see the product finished when it dried up I looked like a chia pet I had a fried headnn***** UPDATE ********nnI received a call from the manager Jeff I was taken care of I got some treatments to help the damaged by Mrs. Tina they did a wonderful job my hair is slowly becoming healthy with the treatments provided thank you so much to Mrs. Tina and Jeff for reaching out to me they did wonderful
