Stylist are very very skilled with the technique of braiding. Services are completed within or less than 4 hours depending on Hair Design Style. The shop could be kept a little more tidy with removal of excess hair. Overall this is a great establishment.

They were nice and as a walk in I was only there for 2 hours even with the waiting. The cornrows are tight, but I expected that as I have short hair. So kudos to the braider who was able to grip my hair. I will definitely return.

I made an appointment for my mom and I for 2pm. We arrived and there were only 2 workers working. We waited for 2 hours. Another lady comes in because she needs 4 braids fixed. Katu or one of the braider ladies put her before me who had been waiting PATIENTLY for 2 hours, that was not right. I took my money somewhere else. The time she spent on that lady’s hair could have been spent on me who had been patiently waiting for 2 hours and I was on time for my appointment. If the owner of this shop is reading, please don’t put anyone before a waiting customer, it’s not fair and it’s not right.

My braid stylist was excellent, she gave me the style I asked for and she has such a awesome demeanor.
