I've trained with Mary Cain for the past three years. I cannot say enough good things about her and this gym. It feels like a home away from home. If you're serious about getting into shape, this is undoubtedly the best gym in Columbus. It's serious weights, coaching and more. Boot camp, kids camp but most of all it's a family with welcoming arms!

Great Veteran owned gym. The owners and staff are friendly and always willing to help. I am nearing the end of my first 6 week challenge with Mary and it has been an awesome experience. Not only is Mary patient and knowledgeable but she is also very responsive. She is always quick to give motivation or to offer alternatives when something isn’t working for me.nnJamie and Mary (and Apollo!) have made my husband and I feel welcome and I am happy to call Body Evolution my gym home. I also like that there aren’t “salesman” trainers hovering around trying to sell you training packages like some of the other gyms we have gone to.

This gym is by far one of the best things to ever happen to me. As an overweight person with poor self image, I was always intimidated by other gyms so I remained unhealthy/not fit. That all changed when I met the owner Mary Cain and went on a journey losing 91 lbs. The environment here is welcoming, encouraging, and inspiring. They are passionate not only about its members health, but the over all health of the community. I moved away more than two years ago and gained much of my weight back. They consistently checked on me never making me feel like a loser, but rather continued to encourage and offer advice. I recently decided to do a 6 week challenge and not only did I win my money back but I won my desire to be healthy and for back. I encourage you to try this place out. Great atmosphere & always clean. With someone cleaning the equipment & gym at all times. I love this place.

This gym is great!! Mary and the staff make you feel like family. She is always encouraging and pushing you to do you best!!!!
