Novo has a warm and accepting environment for everyone. Even if you have trouble keeping up the pace in some classes you are never criticized. In fact, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and do what makes you comfortable.nnEvery staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. What I especially love about their staff is that they care not only about the physical health of their clients, but their emotional experience as well.nnPhenomenal group!

If your looking for a great time while working out Novo is an amazing choice! All the instructors are encouraging and welcoming in every class. Also they strive to get to know each member which makes you feel part of a workout family! Love Novo so much! ❤

I love this place so much! Novo has given me the opportunity to give back to myself and not feel guilty about it. I've been a member a little over a year now and I'm still just as obsessed! The studio is warm and welcoming, the staff is incredibly talented, and the classes are so fun and energetic! Novo is one of a kind and I'm so glad I'm a part of their community ud83dudc9c

Columbus is so lucky to have this studio! Seriously the most fun I’ve had while working out.I leave with a smile on my face (+ lots of sweat) every time. The community here is so warm and inclusive and I love the cultural emphasis on health and wellness instead of on weight loss. The instructors are all incredible leaders who teach with encouraging enthusiasm, clear cues, & a variety of modification options. I could go in and on about this place, but I’ll just say I 100% recommend and think you should try it out for yourself!

Novo is the be. Not only will you get a workout that will change your body, but you'll also have fun, make friends, and get a sense of confidence regardless of your fitness level! There is truly something for everyone! There are an array of class types as well as time slots to fit your schedule. They even have classes online. They always have special going on for newbies. You won't get bored! I've been here for almost a year and it's still fresh! The instructors are down to earth, they work out right alongside you and push you to be your best! I can't say enough about how I love this place! I
