From the day I started coming everyone has been very welcoming and kind. I didn’t really know what to expect when coming for the first time, but the atmosphere along with the great personalities of the people at the gym have made me stay well over a year. By far the best gym I’ve ever been too.
I recently started training at F3. They have a great schedule and a variety of classes. The schedule and expert instruction easily accommodates individuals with varying skills and experience. The owner and entire team go out of there way to create a great environment. Highly recommend.
Awesome gym! I've done the morning women's group trainings and I am currently doing personal training. Let me just say It IS The Truth! If you are serious about change, you will get what you come for. Shayntain uses everyone of your dollars and a few of hers. They are friendly and down to earth too. Thanks Bad Apple!
