Best gym around! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Professional without being intimidating for the ones starting their journeys. The trainers are very knowledgeable and passionate. They have taught me so much during my first contest prep and have been so encouraging.
I have been to several gyms in my lifetime and by far this is the best one. A judgement free zone, friendly staff, nice free weight equipment, beginner friendly, amazing trainers and a very secure zone.nnI am here because my husband is stationed in fort Benning but I won’t lie when I say I’m dreading next year when we are moving to another state and I’ll have to leave this gym and once again find a good place to workout.
We came to Columbus for a school and had heard great things about this gym. It's hands down the best gym I've ever lifted in the environment is refreshing, everyone is extremely polite, and the equipment is next level.
This is THE best gym in Columbus!! Hard core with hard workers but friendly and welcoming to all. Sheila and Adam have created an atmosphere that fosters support for one to achieve goals no matter what they maybe - weight loss, conditioning, bodybuilding, or powerlifting. If you want to better yourself in a cool, clean, and friendly environment look no further!
Came here while visiting Georgia and this is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and they have all the equipment you could need for bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman. If you are ever in Columbus this gym is a must.
